I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or weekend could impact service quality, as the hotel did not seem adequately equipped to deliver the level of service it aims to provide. There is a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable furniture. Absolutely excellent accommodations. For myself, I would appreciate a hand held shower head, a magnifying mirror (attached to the wall or in a drawer) and better pillows…maybe a choice of feather? I assume some people are allergic. Location is close to the main highway, grocery stores, and trailheads. Overall, I would go back and also recommend Villas of Sedona. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay!
