Super friendly staff, amd lovely room spacious room with a gorgeous view! Total boutique hotel experience. The only thing that was tricky was getting into the property upon arrival. It’s not super well marked, so we circled the building a few times until we realized where the entrance was. It’s located on the 20th floor of an office building, and to get in, you have to call a number so that the manager on duty can come down to let you in. Overall, totally great experience overall and highly recommend!

Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is nice, short walk to different bus stops . Close to Rainbow street and all shops and restaurants in downtown Reyjavick. The breakfast is a so-so but there are a lot of Cafes and bake shops nearby . We will be back in this hotel .

Staff were super helpful with travel ideas and check in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooftop bar was great. Would definitely recommend.

We loved it here. So did my kids. They were kind in honoring the airport shuttle but I get the feeling it’s not common. The room was wonderful and more than enough space. A great breakfast. The only thing was there were flies in our room because the windows were open. It didn’t bother us but other it might.

We had an excellent stay at Center Hotels - Plaza! We chose an 8th floor room with our own balcony, which are all on the back side of the hotel, which helped as I know others have said the plaza facing rooms can get a lot of noise from the plaza itself as there are bars/restaurants. The room was super clean, beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and really nice as well! The only thing is that the rooms get verrrry hot during the day when the sun is shining, we would keep the curtains closed and it would still heat up a ton - luckily we would just open the balcony door and the small window and get the fan blowing and it would cool off quickly, but I could imagine in a room without a balcony door to open and only a small window it would be way too hot. We had shared it was our honeymoon and they left us cards and some treats in the room which was really sweet of them. Tough that there's no parking, but there is a garage nearby and lots of street parking 1-2 blocks behind the hotel which didn't end up being that bad. The location is incredible, the restaurants in the plaza with the patios are really fun and convenient, and the whole city feels very walkable from this hotel! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Reykjavik!
