Stayed here a couple of nights for a wedding. Room was great and the bed was super comfortable. Property is for sure a bit older but well maintained and the kids loved all of the activities offered for them!

Beautiful furnishings and location.

This resort was probably a shining star in the 90s but it's pretty dilapidated nowadays and in need of updating and renovations. The price was great for an apartment in that locations and the beds were comfortable - we did enjoy our stay! One major issue I want to mention, for families with young kids, is the spiral staircase to the loft. The spacing of the guard rails is so wide that even our 4 year old could have slipped right through and there's a major drop to the lower level - terrifying to say the least and I have a hard time imagining this is up to code.

Lots of construction still going on. I find it hard to understand paying a resort fee when the pool is under construction and the sister property (Harrahs) pool is not heated and the jacuzzi was not working. Sports Book was a TV on a tripod and a portable kiosk. Staff was tremendous and very helpful. Sunset dinner at the Sage Room was amazing. Pay attention to the self parking fee and valet fee. I’m not sure why these aren’t spelled out for the consumer, as the vast majority are visitors and drove to Tahoe.

The unit is beautiful and the location is great with many food options nearby .

I have stayed in a lot of high-end hotels all over the world and this rank among one of the best! Kiddos to the management for hiring top notch folks and for all the little extras!

We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place weren’t very good. 3. Main pool and hot tub closed for maint. Spa pool was open for use but was looking forward to hot tub. 4. Ski in / out not possible due to lack of snow — sometimes a ski Sherpa from Northstar would help drive down guests, but only if you had a lesson otherwise they’d fuss. So either hike down mountain with skis or take 2 gondolas.

Good hotel, $20 to self park? And not a great experience in the restaurant!

Quiet, clean as a whistle & a very comfortable bed. Perfect after a long day’s drive.
