The room we stayed in was excellent - well laid out and clean. The entire staff were so friendly, polite and welcoming. Breakfast was good and as plentiful as anyone would hope for. The spa is incredible - we spent a lovely few hours there.

Incredibly rude staff. I speak Italian well and understand Italian extremely well yet the staff insisted on speaking English to me even though I spoke Italian to them. Do they not underlie care how rude this is?

Great location in the Galleria. Overall, OK hotel, but not a 5 star property. Lobby and common areas were small and average finishes and quality. Room was ok, but small and not a luxury room at all, even though we upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the inside of the Galleria. Breakfast was OK but not included.
Overall, not a bad hotel, but NOT a 5 star property or experience.
