Really needs a sign on the building saying Turnkey as it was quite confusing to find. Easy access to the hospital which is what we wanted.

The Pullman was lovely and they were very helpful with our bags however they did not provide enough towels for the amount of people we booked the room for & housekeeping would not answer the phone. We were then charged for something from the minibar after I told them we did not get anything from the minibar. I emailed them about being wrongly charged for a mini bar item and they have not responded to my email.
