The main house sleeps 5 and has 2 bedrooms (1queen bed and 3 singles), kitchen, dining, living with smart TV, bathroom/laundry and separate WC, covered deck and BBQ. There is a 1 room Bungalow available for groups of 6 or more guests or by prior arrangement. It sleeps 3 (1 king and 1 single), has en-suit (own hot water unit) TV, bar fridge. (Additional charges may apply for sinlge night bookings). Plenty of room to park the boat, jet skies, bikes etc with a single car carport all behind a fully fenced yard. Tea, coffee, sugar and toilet paper starter kits are supplied. Depending on the length of your stay and the number of guests in your group you may need to top up also. There is a hair dryer for your use in the main bathroom. Fully fenced this property is PET FRIENDLY - but please clean up after your pet before departure, there is a scooper available. Pets are allowed in the house but NOT on the furniture or beds. Please bring bet bedding and food/water bowls. A few toys and games are available for your use. Puzzle, cards and some kids books in the house. We have a new 3 bins system please refer to the information provided in the house and ensure all rubbish is placed in the appropriate bins. If you are staying at our property on a Wednesday please put the outside bins out the front curb side for collection early Thursday morning. These bins are provided for your uses however will only hold so much. Any excess rubbish or recycling material which does not fit into the council bins provided is the responsibility of the client and must be removed by the client accordingly. The bins lids MUST be able to close properly. Sep 12, 2017 #### Wonderful Family Stay We stayed at Red Rocks Cottage for a 'Fathers Day' weekend and had a wonderful time. My teenage daughters appreciated the free wifi, the dog was happy to be inside with us and we all enjoyed the walks to / along the nearby beach. Mel was very responsive and easy to deal with. A cosy house with aircon and a comfy beach feel. We stayed in the main house. The yard was secure for pets and the view from the front veranda is lovely. Couches a little old and tired but comfortable. Place could do with a few more blankets possibly but having the heat system made up for that so no problem. Mostly clean, though ceiling fan in bathroom and mesh vent in toilet probably should have been dusted several months ago. Nice location, within walking distance to beach where dogs may go off-lead. Strong wi-fi signal was appreciated after experiencing other rentals where it felt like we were on dial-up most of the time. The Not So Good: Noise from neighbouring property. Views to the west over golf course and across the bay. House a bit tired, but the bungalow out the back was the star. Home is dog friendly so that was a plus for us Host was quick to respond to any enquiries and always helpful. 15 minute walk to bay beaches and a more quiet location on Red Rocks Rd, was rather nice. ##### Dan C.
