It would have been nice if they told me in advance I needed the hotel key to go down to the ground floor.
I stayed on the 5th floor. When I arrived the AC wasn't working. I told the staff and they said they'd let someone know. It turns out, they knew the AC wasn't working the entire time.
I asked if there was a room where the AC worked. Their response was, it'll be fixed in 45 minutes. It was not. The AC didn't work my entire stay. When I informed the ladies the AC wasn't working, I was ignored.

Good location for main shopping malls and access to the tram system. Made good use of the pool and spa pool too. Overall we had an enjoyable stay here. Victoria Market nearby is a must see!

Booked and paid via Expedia which included breakfast. Front desk said breakfast not included, however once i showed the Expedia confirmation they changed the booking. Biggest issue they also charged me for the room in addition to Expedia charging. Going through a refund process with hotel now.

Patty was most helpful and welcoming reception staff who made our stay very pleasant.
The renovations are still in progress but the end result will be great.
