Great property, very close to the train station. Room was clean and well maintained. It is very walkable to all the things in Florence. Very close to the train station which made things easy with bags. The staff were great and super helpful. Breakfast had good options. Our only issue was the level of light let in through the window (despite the blinds and window shades closed) overnight which made it a very bright room.

It’s a beautiful property, but be aware that it is secluded and that the restaurant menu is quite limited and after a couple of days, we were happy to go elsewhere. The waiting staff was attentive and nice, front desk not as much (maybe the la guard barrier?)

The hotel was conveniently located, and the service was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, I hope the hotel improves its Wi-Fi coverage, as the connection can become unstable when multiple guests are accessing the network.

Highly recommend the Park Villa Ariston! The property is very clean and the staff are amazing. High praise for the breakfast and pool. We hope to return soon

Wonderful on all counts

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The communication before and during our stay was excellent, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The location was perfect for enjoying Florence, and the hotel itself felt comfortable, clean, and well cared for. After long days walking through the city, it was a great place to come back to and relax. What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff made us feel taken care of without it ever feeling forced. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we couldn’t believe how good it was. Exactly like the photos. The hotel was built only in 2018 and the facilities are constantly kept in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. In a quiet part of town easily walkable into the main attractions and close to a bus and a tram stop, a perfect sanctuary to rest at night time. All of the staff are so kind and polite, especially Francois who looked after us very well at breakfast time. The hotel would be worth the price tag just for the comfortable rooms and location, but it has the added bonus of a free breakfast (with tons of choices and free mimosas), free luxury spa facilities and free home made lemonade and biscuits available at all times. We can’t recommend this hotel enough as a boutique stay perfect for adults wanting a luxury escape.

While located right beside del Vecchio bridge in the busiest part of the city during a very hot week in June, the Hotel Degli Orafi was an oasis of cool and luxury. The breakfast had lots more options than a typical hotel breakfast. When I had an issue with the key to my room, the front desk staff was very responsive. The negroni I had at the rooftop bar was the best (although most expensive e by far) I had anywhere in Italy. And the avocado toast with smoked salmon made for a perfect light dinner.
