Restaurant for breakfast and dinner, amenities and staff was excellent. Very clean including the pool area. Only issue was that the gym didn’t open until 9am.

My husband and I stayed at the Mulino di Firenze for a week in mid-September and I would recommend it to anyone. The hotel looks onto the River Arno and a beautiful weir. The breakfast is varied, the facilities are of a high standard and there is a free bus service that runs until 7:30PM. It is quiet but still close enough to reach the hustle and bustle of the centro storico. Try it!

Staff were welcoming and hard working to ensure our stay was the best it could be.
Individualized breakfast buffet on a tray was fabulous every morning.
Not the place for those on a strict budget!
Pool was cool and relaxing with amazing views.

The hotel is easily accessed by public transit — several bus routes run nearby, and one stops right in front — and has restaurants, a supermarket, drugstores, boutiques, and much more within a few minutes' walk.
The room was essentially an apartment: towels and linens were changed every three days but other than that you were on your own for general cleaning. There was a good-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a stove, plus dishes and cutlery. The bed was large and comfortable. The room had...

Excellent hotel! Easy to reach and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The room we got was the junior suite with a kitchen and it was spacious, clean and the decorations were just perfect. We loved the concept of the chess and cards decor. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast was great (coming from a picky eater). The staff members are amazing, respectful and communicate very well. They guide you, give you a map to Florence and some recommendations on where to eat. We didn’t have the...

I honestly don’t think I could write a review that does this place justice. From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away.
This beautiful historic house is surrounded by absolutely stunning scenery, a gorgeous pool, vineyards stretching for miles, and so much history and character. The house itself is incredible, but what really made our stay special was how warm, caring, and helpful the staff were.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, it is also perfectly located, close to the train and walking distance to all the sites.

I liked that the hotel reached out a couple of days before to provide me with some information and to see when I might be checking in. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and provided with a map and some ideas about where to go and recommendations for restaurants. The room was lovely, safe, secure, quiet and air conditioned. I very much enjoyed my stay and would 100 percent recommend.
