The staff were nice enough , but the spa amenities are quite bad. The photos online do not do it justice. The only facilities that are nice are the ones that are brand new and not included. The steam room was full of mold and not functioning well. The pool

Had a nice stay with family, easy to make changes to bookings. Only fault was observing a waiter carrying burgers on a tray outside, they were not covered! Health and safety loads of flies about, breakfast good, plenty of choice. The young waitress had excellent customer service.

What a brilliant stay!
Mar Hall is gorgeous both inside and out and the staff are exceptional. They really made our stay as they were very friendly, but very professional.
This is a bit of a hidden gem and we'll definitely be back. Thank you all.
