Even before checking in, I send out out a question and they responded quickly. The front desk was very helpful and the AC in the rooms were great. The kitchen is well equipped too. The bathtub is a bit tall, anyone with climbing problems should be aware.

We couldn't fault this hotel. Great location. Excellent breakfast and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the hotel as it was centrally located, and had very pleasant and helpful staff members. Our room was spacious, bright, quiet, and clean. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good location and accommodations were trendy. Some staff were helpful and others deffered all questions to staff on other shifts when inquires were made. Clean, quiet, and overall great hotel for varied activities close by and great restaurant choices.

There are not enough stars to give. This property is fabulous! We hope to come back to Lyon just to experience it again. The food is excellent even when not in the Michelin star restaurant. If you are traveling by car ask them for where to enter and access code. As it is located in a pedestrian location. The location is perfect as well. I can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel. I have stayed in Ritzs and Westins. The best!
