The room was very clean and neat. The location was excellent

I may have overlooked the parking and that the surf area was not connected to the resort and that there would be a parking fee. But it was my impression that the surfing pool area was part of the resort which was an inconvenience to have to walk to a completely different building/Business and having to ask for a pass each time we wanted to go. The breakfast (it was cold) was not as expected for the price and the assortment of drinks to purchase in room was pretty much seltzer drinks besides the alcohol, also we were not told where the ice machine was and the atmosphere was nice but the guest along with some staff didn’t make it feel welcoming for people of different ethnicity. The lounge outside it very limited so you have to wait for the small poolish area to be free to get in.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, polished, and thoughtfully managed. Our check-in experience was effortless, and I was especially pleased that our room was ready at 2:30 PM. That early access made a wonderful difference and immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. I left extremely satisfied. From the cleanliness and beautiful facilities to the pool, the incredible restaurants, and the smooth check-in experience, Marriott once again lived up to its reputation. It’s always reassuring to stay somewhere where you know you can expect a certain level of quality and this stay was no exception. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, relaxing, and memorable hotel experience.

Amazing room. Mini kitchen. Fantastic rain showerhead. Pool was clean and temperature was perfect. Area was extremely walkable with numerous restaurants nearby.

ROOM: View was beautiful, we had 2nd floor right over restaurant, we loved it because we enjoyed the music they played, awesome! You can tell the room floor was not mopped or properly with a clean mop. My grandson took his sandals off and his feet were dark from dirt in 2 seconds. Couch sinks in too much and the pull-out bed is slanted, mattress very very thin. POOL: Water looked very clean; however, you can tell the staff does not mop around the pool or the hot tub, but both felt great and clean. Kitchenette: Refrigerator has no small freezer, but very cold. The staff did not restock the flatware; there was 1 spoon and 1 fork for rented room for 4. But everything else was working and fine, we had to seek the staff in the hall to get a set. STAFF: Arrival- chunky lady, training the young black lady was a bit short and speed talking, very unclear. Tried to go to bed and there were not enough pillows in the room 4 people/only 3 pillows, staff who answered desk was short rude didn't want to look for one, finally agreed to do so. Cleaner banged the room window with his cart woke me up. CHECK OUT: Angie was unknowledgeable of how to check me out with a time and her name and got upset and smart when I repeated her system could do it. Overall: still a beautiful stay
