We had the most incredible stay at El Encanto while celebrating our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly made our stay feel special. Breakfast was excellent, our spa services were absolutely top-tier, and the entire property was breathtaking. The grounds are meticulously maintained and every detail feels thoughtful, peaceful, and luxurious. El Encanto was the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We loved it so much that we hope to make it an anniversary tradition every year.

Very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff the stand out feature. Facilities were good, except the uncomfortable sofa bed ( although that was expected if I’m honest, just not something I’d want do again ) and the food we had at breakfast was outstanding as was the service. Only moan would be the entrance is almost impossible to see in the dark - poorly lit and no visible signage - so we sailed past it and had to go round the block - back on and of the freeway - when we arrived.

Loved the outdoor seating area for evening happy hour

The staff was super helpful and nice during our stay. The continental breakfast super useful for anyone vacationing on a budget. We had a great room in the corner. Very private. Never heard my neighbors so the sound proofing must be great. My only real annoyance was that there is no fan in the bathroom of the King room. I have ultra long hair so having to blow dry and get sweaty after a shower was not great. On the plus side though, the rooms have hair dryers for you to use. Also, I loved the pool/sundeck. Very cozy and relaxing. Would stay again because you just can’t beat the price and the staff
