Beautiful resort. Housekeeping staff and hostess (Winnie) were so helpful and nice. Van driver Jeremy was wonderful. A few things to note…. The breakfast that is part of Expedia deal is exactly the same every day. You cannot get credit or substitutions. You can get water, or juice or coffee. Same fruit, same pastries all 7 days. We were disappointed. We ate breakfast at the WE restaurant and the restaurant manager seemed like she did not want to be there. No sense of service…On her phone most of the time, arguing in a loud voice right by the pool while we were trying to relax… it made us uncomfortable. It felt like we were not really guests. I hated asking for anything. Very difficult to get fresh beach towels every day. I had to hunt down either security guard outside the gate or housekeeping to get new towels. Not convenient and I felt like I was bothering the staff. It became a bit of a joke with our family to see how long it would take me to find new towels every day. Recommend you bring your own towels…. I am not sure I would recommend this resort at this time, while beautiful, they spent more time on landscaping then making sure we were treated like guests (excluding the wonderful housekeeping staff and Winne)

The property is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Their breakfast is amazing. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The staff was so genuinely friendly and attentive. When we arrived at the hotel we could see it was well kept. We loved our room! We stayed at the Beachside building and the room excellent! I loved the galley kitchen with everything you need. We even did laundry before we left. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and they had a sweet card and bottle of wine for us. I’m an interior designer and I loved the room! There were plenty of towels and the view was of course stunning! We snorkelled right off the beach and in the evening we hung out by the fire. We’re only 7 minutes away from Grace Bay by car so we took our rental car every evening (bonus, the hotel doesn’t charge for parking). We even managed to squeeze in a work out in their gym; what a well equipped gym! We were impressed! They had 3 Peloton bikes and row machines, free weights, etc. This is the perfect place to stay and we’ll absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here when we added 2 nights before our stay at Beaches where we were meeting our neighbors. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Accommodations were perfect. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We happened to be there for Easter Sunday, and they had such a cute easter egg hunt, crafts, games and winners!! They even had a surprise visit by the Easter Bunny himself. I couldn't be happier with our experience. We rented snorkels for $5 and loved snorkeling at the reef. The pools were all awesome. Can't wait to return!
