The property is located in beautiful Williamsburg, on the Chesapeake. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. There were 2 things that we had a problem with. The bed was uncomfortable, not the worse I have ever slept in but definitely not comfortable and my back hurt in the morning. Also it seems the shower leaked into the place underneath us. Other than those 2 issues it was good. I would recommend it for location and cleanliness. We did not try the restaurants on location so no comment.

Would definitely stay again!!!
Cottages and grounds were extremely clean. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Our initial key did not work. When requesting a working key, we requested a cottage with fewer or no steps. The young man (i do not remember his name...sorry) searched for such accommodations even though I requested an extra night at check in.
It was a pleasurable stay.

Not bad for a mid century motel. Room was small but I would call it european. Bathroom dated but clean. Needed a light bulb in shower, lampshade for table lamp, and smoke detector hooked up. When we checked in we had to air it out because of the sanitation smell but other than that I would stay again.

It was ok for one night, but I would‘nt stay longer. The good thing: It’s near historical Williamsburg. The room was not very clean and the WiFi is not useful, it’s not working. Overall, I will not book this hotel again.
