Didn't like that parking was either street meter parking or you pay valet $45 a night or park in their lot for $35 a night. Front desk needs to mention you will NOT be getting all your deposit back due to resort fees. Other them that my stay here was great.

Called ahead and was told room would be ready in 20-30 mins. When we got there we were told it wasn’t ready now and we had to wait an hour longer. We paid for a Mountain View and waited for a high floor, the AC was broken in that room so the front desk moved us to a different room that ended up not being a Mountain View. We refused that room and were eventually given another room on a low floor that had the view of a roof and AC unit. The robe was dirty with a mud footprint on it and the slippers had self tanner and long hair all over them. The iron in the room was also messed up with plastic melted on the bottom that would have ruined our cloths if we didn’t notice first. After telling the front desk all of this, they offered no compensation or adjustments and just kind of ignored it. Front desk staff in general didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Very high expectations for this hotel and none were met. Would never stay there again. Shout out to the guy who helped the first night though. He already did his best to make something work for us.

We upgraded our room to the Executive Suite, and the room was terribly hot even though the thermostat read 60. The bed also wasn't comfortable especially given the room type.

We really liked staying in Union Station. It’s an unconventional set-up, as there’s a tiny lobby, and the rooms are accessed across the main hall of the train terminal, but the main hall is an active, fun public space that we enjoyed. The location is super convenient to restaurants. Our room was also somewhat unconventional, as it’s a converted space in what seemed to be the original attic area of the station, so there was only one small window, but it was a really spacious room with a great bathroom and nice sitting area. The amenities included free coffee and ice cream each day from shops in the terminal, which was great. There’s also a great bar on the mezzanine that’s quiet and served perfect cocktails. If you like a traditional hotel, this may not be for you, but we found it fun, with lots to do

Property is clean but dated. Spa service was good but amenities could be better. Staff was great, room was spacious and comfortable. Just needs an overall refresh.

Staff members were amazing! One thing and most important thing I look for is cleanliness and staff being accommodating, but remaining modest.

Super cute converted school house! Room was a bit small, but the high ceilings compensated for that, making it feel more roomy. Good appointments and comfortable bedding. Valet parking on the other hand is a joke at $64 a night! Stay away from the Metropolis lot across the way, only allows for 12 hours at a time (and overpriced with a booking service fee)....Do yourself a favor and book online with Spot Hero for the Tremont garage at 400 15th St. Not only do you get in and out privileges in a covered parking garage (looking at you potential hail damage!) but it was only $24 TOTAL for 3 days. Totally worth the quick 2 block walk! Only had breakfast at the onsite restaurant, but it was good, fresh and fast. Location was great for access to the Red Rocks Shuttle bus pick up by the big blue bear in front of the convention center (which was the main reason we chose this location). Good job Denver!!!

The room was clean, staff refreshed breakfast items in timely manner, and there were numerous tasty breakfast options. I did not have a drink at the bar but it was clean and looked like it was a full bar.
