Egypt Scuba Diving Vacations

The room looked a bit old and run down. There was something on the base of our bed that looked like old blood or sweat, not sure which. But definitely gross. Most people were helpful, but some were pushy. The day trips were low quality for the price they charged. It lists this as a five star resort, but maybe that's the best quality in Egypt. Not sure. It would probably just rank three stars in a developed country. The food was good, but we still ended up with "mummy tummy" from something (maybe bad water, or something in the food). I woudn't go back to this place.

I arrived at mid night, paid for posh club, but I don’t really think it was worth it When I arrived and tried to sleep, I checked the sheets they were dirty, I immediately contacted room service, it was pretty late so I asked if they could come first thing in the morning, I had to wait until 10 am next day and look for room service myself I also asked for the room to be cleaned up as the floor had sand, during my whole stay it was the same and it was very uncomfortable to walk like that. Another recommendation - DO NOT USE HOTEL SHUTTLES - they were trying to sell me and over priced shuttle to farsha cafe for 50 USD, I ended up doing an I drive trip for 8$ the round trip.

Lovely staff in all areas. Bar Manager Wael was great. Always making sure we were happy with the service. Barmen work hard everywhere, always smiling and eager to pkease. Good location. Choice of pools. We chose Chillax, over 16's. Restaurant staff very helpful. Air con in the rooms not overly effective, but it was 45 degrees 😂. Would go again.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food. The room was large, we had a balcony sea view room, it was clean and the housekeeper was excellent, providing a friendly service. Staff at the Sunrise Bar and Pool bar were also friendly and we enjoyed the all inclusive cocktails. There were plenty of chairs and sun umbrellas at the pool and the beach and both the pool area and the beach were clean. We enjoyed snorkelling from the pier. The spa was good and the Dive centre was excellent. The WiFi was variable but that’s probably to be expected. It was good when there were less people in the resort but struggled as the resort filled up. We had a really enjoyable week.
