This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. We are a big family and were welcomed with open arms. Hotel Balsthal is a charming, modern hotel with a rustic feel to it. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back. Staff is very welcoming to children and went above and beyond to accommodate our little ones. It is surrounded by beautiful nature trails and old castles to visit. I strongly recommend staying here!!!

Hapimag really knows what travelers need, hotel plus apartment. The amenities and staffs are the best in Europe so far we have traveled. We will stay again in one of Hapimag and let our friends and families know about this hotel in Europe . Danke schoen!

This hotel has an excellent location and is within the walking distance of multiple restaurants, shoppings and train stations. The breakfast is really good and has lots of choices! Unfortunately the room does not have air conditioning, this was especially tough since those days it was very hot in Interlarken. Also, the bathroom is quite small, estfor family.
