The air conditioning system for the entire building was non-functional. This was not an issue during our stay as the weather was quite cool. We were told this is a temporary problem. The gym consists of just a treadmill and elliptical Walker and a set of dumbbells. It is more like a home workout room than like a gym. The underground parking is nice and convenient. But a very tight squeeze for an SUV. If the hotel was full of guests and the garage full of cars would be difficult to maneuver in the underground parking garage. When we were there there were only a few guests so the garage was passable.

Modern hotel that does the basics well. Reasonable selection on the breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and clean and our room was quiet despite the hotel being fairly busy.
The hotel is about 15min walk from the centre of the city.
