The hotel is in a good location, and staff were generally helpful, however the hotel its self needs updating in regards to its rooms and amenities. Our room was like a sweat box with the fan making little to no difference. The window could barely open and even during the night a breeze was not circulating. Air con is a necessity in the summer months. Thank God we were only staying 1 night or would have moved hotels. Bathroom was not that clean and in need of a paint job.
We had requested an extra fan but request was not fulfilled

The property is fantastic and has beautiful views of the city. Great amenities and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Only downsides were that food is not served past 9:00 pm and there were some narrow roads leading to the hotel. But once there, it was a fantastic place to stay.
