No luggage assistance. We had to haul 5 suitcases without help.

Great location and customer service.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly enough. I was disappointed to see how long and how much food and trash were in the hallways. It was a great location with lots of history. We did not eat at the restaurant and the coffee shop was okay. It seemed to be always understaffed. I would stay again at a lower price point than what we paid.

The hotel was beautiful upon entry. The staff, while absolutely bombarded with check-ins were very courteous and kind. The elevator was a huge hit with my kids (20 yo) and the room was bright and spacious. They both loved the bed, quoting it was insanely comfortable. We were also offered two free drinks, which I immensely appreciated. 10/10 would stay again. Tacoma was also, so much better than expected. The whole area around the hotel was so immaculate and safe. The restaurants and waterfront were wonderful to discover.

Amazing, also parking is not free. It is $65 without tax every night with unlimited in and out. And there is no free parking around the hotel. But it is very nice and there are bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The view is pretty and the hotel was very luxurious with many amenities.

Very efficient and quick service , beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. Over all the hotel is like a museum in time very sophisticated and all restaurants are excellent. All the staff was nice and efficient.

The Espresso machine in the room only made that frothy stuff. No regular coffee available. Everything else was top notch.
