A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel with beautiful people. Perfect location!

Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Can’t wait to go back.

Our room was lovely. One woman on the staff was extremely helpful. The rest were not helpful at all. During breakfast I almost got myself coffee because the staff was so inattentive. I loved the peaceful location that was still very walkable to all the sites.

A superstar hotel with a private launch to and from San Marco. The most relaxing hotel in Venice. Everything is beautiful.

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.

Very spacious room, comfortable firm bed, excellent rainshower with plenty of water pressure for washing my long hair easily. Location is perfect to be out of the log jam of masses of people and easily accessible by foot and water taxi. We purchased the 24 hr water bus pass and there is an on/off stop right outside hotel door. Staff at desk were very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet offered many items and excellent coffee. The only suggestion is for an ironing board in room. Although they might have offered it if we’d asked. Would stay again!

First day there, no hot water for shower. Had choice to take a shower in another room or pack up everything and take another room. We did the latter which was a big waste of time. Find out they knew of the problem prior day yet they still gave us the room. Location was ideal. Breakfast was first class. Check shower before you unpack.
