Everything. And Kristina Francesca was the best!!

Great culture - Friendly, approachable and helpful staff. Loved the amenities. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Dinner buffet also excellent, well stocked and excited.

This is a very good hotel, well situated, comfortable generous rooms, relaxed hotel, lovely pool area and grounds, good options at the buffet, but missing a few nice to have eggs options (poached eggs, omelette). The drinks are of decent quality, and the evening and dsy entertainment was top notch. The restaurant experience was notably lacking personal service and lacked hospitality which seems to have changed since our last visit. Everyone else was courteous and professional and helpful with information or requests. The hotel has changed ownership and lost some local flavour and personality but it is a very comfortable stay while visiting the area.

It was nice overall, however, we had 2 massages and one person was obviously very new. Our "pool view" room looked mostly at the construction site next door and trees, and the rooms were very warm the last 2 nights. No one slept it was so warm in the rooms. The AC wasn't working properly. The property is very nice, but the room we ended up with isn't one I would stay in again.

This is truly a 5-star facility. Super clean and spacious. Parking right outside the unit. 2 pools and friendly and fast check-in process and staff.
