This property was chosen for its proximity to Centralstation and Arlanda Express, both within a 3 minute walk. Property was clean and room was quiet and comfortable. It is in a very busy part of the city, so breakfast was busy with people as well.

Beautiful hotel. Didn’t give it 5 stars because multiple little things were a bit off. The water kettle didn’t reach the outlet. The shower doors were weirdly positioned in relation to the toliet. Lots of stairs everywhere not very conducive to suitcases nor the handicapped. Otherwise, it’s really beautiful, location EXCELLENT, and the breakfast is good. 4.5 stars really.

Beautiful, excellent service, the train is 1min away. The buffet included breakfast was fenomenal. I definitely will come back.

Very nice hotel at great location

We had a nightmare with the phone system, over and over. Due to the road construction we couldn’t find address- they do not answer the phone I called 9 times including standing in the lobby showing the girl . the bellman called in sick, we had to carry in 8 bags from a block and a half away. I used to sell big phone switches and do not understand what the problem was. I called twice around 9 at nite and got through. They couldn’t have been nicer and upgraded us to a suite, very nice of them. I tried calling when we got lost, again ,no phone answer. U get prompts to English, they’d hit reception which rings until u gut disconnected.very very upsetting. Other than the phone mess we would maybe stay again although Grand Hotel has been our favorite for 40 years.

I am very surprised this holds a 5* rating all in all a half decent 4*

A bit off the beaten path but amazing property. The best pizza ever! The rooms and common spaces are beautifully appointed and the staff is super helpful! Will stay again
