Very good location and helpful staff

Very close to the main square. Cute little room for a night or two. It was walkable from the train station but not so easy when you’re dragging your luggage behind you due to the cobblestone streets. The foyer of the building isn’t very attractive and needs a major facelift. A little sketchy looking. The room was bright and clean and adequate for our needs. An actual coffee maker would have been nice. They do provide instant and a coffee press but we didn’t care for it. We were able to wash our clothes and dry them which was a bonus. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

A lovely luxury hotel within great distance to many activities.

A nice hotel well located on the edge of the Old Town and within easy walking distance to most places of interest, bars and restaurants. Very clean and probably renovated recently. Nice to have the options of freshly cooked eggs, etc at breakfast. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Across three nights bedlinen and towels were only changed twice. Apparently its not automatic and there was a button we were supposed to press? Staff very pleasant but maybe clearer instructions in room or at checkin would help. Overall a good stay in a comfortable hotel.

Very pleasant stay at Biała Owca! Good price for everything included such as breakfast & sauna. Clean room with nice view! Receptionist lady was very helpful with good for advice for travelling around the area. Will definitely stay at Biała Owca for the next visit to Zakopane. Cheers! Regards, Tristan
