South Central Nevada Romantic Vacations

We ended up staying here unexpectedly for several nights after the A/C went out at our house during the Las Vegas heat, and overall it turned into a really good stay. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa and were very happy with it. It was comfortable, had plenty of space, and felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room. The amenities were also very nice and gave us a chance to actually enjoy ourselves despite the reason we were there in the first place. What started out as an inconvenient situation ended up being a much more enjoyable stay than we expected. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for a longer stay where having the extra space and amenities makes a difference.

One of my 2 rooms had no hot water to use to clean up. Very disappointed The refurbished suite was nice and large but the shower head was disgusting in both rooms.

Understanding this property is in the midst of a renovation, I appreciated extra perks like complimentary coffee with your key in the transforming coffee shop in lobby across from construction. The guest experience from the room however was less than ideal. QR codes and endless AI bot selections by phone for extra towels, pillows, and a medical fridge that took you in circles was frustrating. The app was untenable, thankfully the staff member who finally got on the phone helped work it out, however there was a huge convention checking in and it seemed like staffing wasn't adequate for the amount of guests coming in. The hot water in the shower was another miss as it was non existent. . . Lukewarm showers are not my idea of luxury.

Internet didn't work and I needed it badly for my work. Please install a new router box and set up Wi-fi correctly. You partially ruined my trip

The entire room was clean, spacious, and accommodating. The strip views from the penthouse level were breathtaking. The provided 24hr all day and night valet parking was definitely a well needed accommodation provided. Will definitely be staying here again in my near future. 10/10 rating. No complaints at all.
