The staff told me when I arrived that their policy is to let them know if you want your room cleaned. I told them immediately I did at noon daily. They never cleaned my room over a 3 night stay. I texted to ask them to do so and they said they acted as if I did not ask them to clean the room at check in and said they had only two cleaning people for the property. They never cleaned the room or got back to me. They also have this confusing “tassel” instead of a standard card on the door that usually says “privacy”, “clean my room” etc. Apparently the tassel means privacy. It seems the confusion behind the tassel is part of their scheme to skimp on cleaning rooms. Very disappointing and definitely not a luxury experience.

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. However, because it does allow pets, some people do not have a problem leaving their dog pee without cleaning up. Sadly, it does reflect on the hotel. Also, limited eating options on site, but they were decent.

Room was ok, housekeeping never came into room to give us new sheets or towels even after asking twice.

My friend and I had the best stay here. We came into town for a show, and staying at Origin honestly made the whole experience even better. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the past when coming in for shows at Red Rocks, but after staying here, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The whole property is so on theme, down to all the little details, and the location is perfect. We had a rental car, but honestly should have just used the shuttle they offer on property. The restaurant was really good, and the service there, along with every employee we interacted with, was phenomenal. Such a great stay and definitely where I’ll stay for Red Rocks trips from now on.
