This is just an amazing hotel in the perfect location--right at the entrance to the old city and directly adjacent to the train station. Our room was clean and well appointed, and I can't say enough about the staff, especially the desk clerk who helped us figure out the Aare swimming logistics, She even provided us with a hotel branded dry bag for floating down the river. My only comment is that the AC was not that strong, but the staff did provide us with a supplemental AC unit which cooled the room down considerably. HIGHLY recommend !

Beautiful large suite overlooking the river. The shower is small by North American standards but the hotel had Air Conditioning which is lovely. The restaurants are excellent. There was an issue with servicing the room but it was corrected immediately and overall this hotel is wonderful and absolutely stunning! Also the location is incredible.
