We, family of 4, stayed in the City View Suite, which easily makes it one of the top three hotels/suites we’ve ever stayed at. This is thanks to the great view and two large bedrooms, each with its own shower, bathroom, and jacuzzi. One bedroom even includes a private sauna! This isn’t entirely clear from the hotel’s marketing, but yes, the suite includes two separate and private bedrooms. One has its own door, the other consists of a second floor that is more open but not visible from the first floor, so it still feels private. In effect, the residence works very well as a two-bedroom unit for two couples. It also has a large sofa, plus an additional bathroom and shower in the living room, which could accommodate a potential fifth guest. The hotel serves a complimentary continental breakfast buffet in the morning, which is quite good. They own the restaurant next door and can also prepare hot breakfast dishes upon request, such as scrambled eggs, pancakes, grilled tomato, etc, at no extra charge. The suite also came with a bottle of champagne and four mini-bars (each on each side of each bed) stocked with bottled water and soft drinks, all complimentary and included with the stay. Being at the best location in Krakow, the view of the old town center through the window is amazing and brimming with live.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pod Różą in Kraków. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, full of history and old-world charm, while still offering the comfort and elegance you expect from a luxury hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to walk everywhere. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the atmosphere of the historic building made the stay feel truly special. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the service was excellent from beginning to end. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the feeling that I was staying somewhere with a real story behind it. A truly special hotel with character, history, and excellent service. I would happily stay at Hotel Pod Różą again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków! Robert suite 101
