I absolutely loved it! The hotel concierge were super helpful and kind. The hotel was well kept and the amenities were readily available. The spa was very nice.

Best breakfast ever and the staff is amazing

I stayed multiple days and they would not allow me to stay in my same room without paying an extra CHf 40. Not the best customer service. The restaurant is good but understaffed.

Overall poor experience. I hadn’t been informed that there would be an extra charge for a 3rd person even though I had booked the room for 3, 1 adult and 2 children (14 & 12 years old at the time of booking and checkin). I am perplexed that the extra charge for a 3rd person wasn’t matched by extra services; we still had only 2 bath robes until we requested for more, we only had 2 slippers until we asked for 1 more pair and we were given 1 bottle of mouth wash during the whole stay. The food eCHO was a cold lamb shank which had to be returned to the kitchen and the chicken burger at the Lenox bar was served without avocado and eggs. The chicken burger was also returned to the kitchen. The whole experience has been atrociously poor. Won’t recommend

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a beautiful and peaceful location in Switzerland. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay here again!
