Room was not clean nor ready when i got there. I also did not get a waterfront view. The property is huge with little directions on how to get anywhere. I also didnt feel welcomed. I would suggest peoplw

This property is in excellent shape and very well maintained. Gulf view rooms deliver as promised and walk to the beach through the pool area is easy to navigate.
Only down side to this property outside of its control is that there is a tourist helicopter across the street that takes off every half hour. Fun to see at it first, but rather noisy and distracting. Also, they book wedding and proms here with music going till 10pm.
