Pros:Nice and helpful staff, Arms restaurant makes an excellent martini and the parking garage was easy to use clean and relatively well priced.
Cons: Tiny rooms, dated, good hear guest and other room easily old hotel old rooms. Bathroom was so small at 6’5” i couldn’t literally sit on the toilet, the tank touch the wall on the one side so you could not sit straight on it. My wife at 5’3” could just make it work. i had to plan my day

The bed height was too high for an accessible room. A person in wheelchair cannot independently get into the bed if it is higher than the average bum height. Please slightly lower the bed height.
