Rooms were very clean. Our a/c leaked heavily the first night and they fixed it promptly. If parking there, note that you must make sure you get your parking ticket validated before leaving. It is 18 euros per day but if you don’t get your ticket validated by the hotel, it’s 25 euros or more per day (we made that mistake the first day). Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was really good with lots of variety.

Very disappointing stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived, and despite informing the staff, we were not offered another room. The elevator was also out of service, and we even found ants crawling on the bed. Overall, poor maintenance and disappointing customer service.

"Lovely bright, clean rooms. Large comfy bed. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Nice balcony with chairs and table. Front lobby was clean, cool and nicely decorated. Great communication through the app. Central location, just off the beach. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment."
