We had an amazing experience at the Muir Hotel. The service and atmosphere were exceptional from start to finish. A special mention to Brian, the bartender at BKS at Muir—he was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. His attention to detail and personalized service made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We stopped by for a short overnight with our little. When we got the shuttle and checked in we were told taxis do not go to that hotel and we would have to catch the shuttle. I wish I knew this ahead of time as they put us on a 2:15 shuttle for a 5:30 flight. Only spent about three hours at the hotel because of it. Not the staffs fault, place seemed great otherwise. Live and learn.
