The staff was always helpful, polite and upbeat. The hotel itself I thought was beautifully unique with the high ceilings, to the cool balconies - drinking my coffee out there in the morning watching as the clouds lifted over the Andes. It's close to everything, and the restaurants nearby are all great. I enjoyed my stay very much - I'll be back :-)

It was safe, clean, and had great service in English.

El Servicio del front Desk, la muchacha no tiene una personalidad para un hotel de esa calidad le falta Elegancia para hablar y explicar, vamos de vacaciones y encontarte personas con esa actitud es horrible. El Servicio de los hombres ningun problema ellos te hablan bien. El cuarto es limpio lo unico es que no te suplen lo que gastas como el agua si se acaba podrian estar pendientes de ponerte todos los dias mas para el consumo, en toda la estadia unicamente tuve a disposicion lo que me dieron el primer dia. Me toco ir al supermecado y comprar mas agua. El desayuno es Delicioso mucha variedad. En realidad me volveria a alojar ahi.

Great view and secure place

Very nice property. The views were amazing.

A beautiful property with history. Our room was beautiful and clean. All the staff was very attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and with ala carte was also a great options.

Excellent breakfast. One complaint is that we always had to ask for coffee pods (they never restocked them). We would’ve liked more than 2 and were willing to pay but they said that wasn’t allowed. Also, we would’ve liked more bottled water (even if there was a charge).

Lovely hotel very close to shopping (big mall nearby). Three different restaurants in the hotel to choose from and great amenities overall.

Friendliest staff. Very good rooms

Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.
