Just dont! We got to the parking lot and had already seen enough. Drug deals, what looked like solicitation, people just sitting in their cars video taping cars pulling in. Very uneasy, unsafe feeling instantly. Looked up other reviews while in the parking lot to see if it was just a feeling or if others had problems with it and surely enough tons of poor reviews about the same things. Crime rate in the area is very high. I will do better research next time. Turned around and drove all the way home. If you care about your safety or your vehicle not getting broken into dont book here!

"dont go with them, I tried to cancel my room within the normal 24 hour ti.e and purchased insurance which I thought was for that and they said no to both, they are not about customer service"
