Really enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. Great location, close to the city centre and right by the station but surprisingly quiet. The staff were lovely and friendly throughout, and the hotel keeps its original style rather than feeling generic. My room was clean and comfortable. Would happily stay again.

Choosing accommodation based on polished promotional photography often sets high expectations. Unfortunately, my stay at 7Hotel & Spa in Illkirch-Graffenstaden was defined by a sharp disconnect between online marketing and the physical reality on the ground—salvaged only by helpful front desk staff after a necessary complaint. The Arrival and Initial Room Assignment: While the hotel advertises a modern, contemporary wellness experience, the property itself feels noticeably dated. The exterior and common areas lack the crisp, fresh atmosphere shown online, looking stuck in a previous era of hotel design. The issue became critical upon checking into my initial room. Rather than a modern space, I was assigned an old, unrenovated unit in poor condition: Stained Carpet: The flooring was heavily worn with prominent, unhygienic stains. Dated Decor: The room featured scuffed, aged furniture and outdated lighting fixtures. Mismatched Standard: The space lacked the clean, bright ambiance promised in online listings. Unwilling to stay in an unacceptable room, I returned to reception to raise the issue. The receptionist handled my complaint professionally and efficiently, offering an immediate room transfer without pushback.

You need to find parking nearby first before you gain access to onsite parking.

The property was conveniently located to visit Colmar and the Alsace villages. The rooms all have air-conditioning although the weather was not too warm when we visited. The indoor pool was a plus for my little one and the sauna for me and my wife after a whole day of sightseeing.

This was our 2nd stay at Lagrange ApartHotel this summer. We returned knowing that it was an excellent place for our friends to come to stay with us this time. With the truly extraordinary service - the manager greeted me the morning after our arrival, all the reception staff remembered me and my family that had come with me the month before. Rooms were kept clean every day by staff and we really appreciated being able to come back from a long day to a cool and very clean room with air conditioning - especially as this was in August during the very atypical canicule. We used the laundry facilities - it was perfect - they have large American washer and dryer - you need to pay at reception for the tokens to use the machines. We bought some laundry powder which we used. The swimming pool is fantastic and there are towels and lounge chairs with a small skylight above to see sunlight at ground level (the pool is located at -1 level but still has some sunlight!). Great to swim a bit after a long day! We will be coming back -- and recommending it to friends and family when they come to Strasbourg! Merci a vous -- we really enjoyed our stays in June & August!
