Sand Island Pet-friendly Vacations

What a lovely experience. The place is full of nostalgia and history. The food was pricey and darn good. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and warm. The beach is absolute perfection. We swam in the clear warm water and went out on a catamaran that was fun. In the bar we heard the best local singer Johnny Valentine so musical The mushroom pesto pasta was incredible. My wife says she fell in love with the place and cried when we left.

Everything was perfect! Thank you to the Marbella Team, our stay was excellent. We enjoyed everything Mākaha valley had to offer. Especially the amazing sunsets! 10/10 would recommend

We were pleasantly surprised as we have stayed at Four Seasons, Astoria and Ritz Hotels. Great ocean front property with excellent 5 star service! Pool is oversized and has great accommodations for sun worshippers and guests who need more shade. Location is outstanding as you can walk to the luxury shops and many amazing restaurants if you want to try something different. We had several spa treatments that were also excellent along with the many drinks and light lunches by the pool. The restaurant service and food is also outstanding . I find this hotel more of a 5 star boutique hotel and very calming! We usually stay at the four seasons in Maui but my husband wanted to go to Honolulu and I wanted to be on the ocean, this hotel seemed to be the only fit for luxury and walkability that is ocean front! I would highly recommend staying here as the Four Seasons in Hawaii is much further out and the Ritz Carlton is not ocean front! Loved it

Our stay was great! It was our first time in Oahu and we loved how close we were to the beach. Loved that we were a walk away from everything we needed as well. Had zero issues when it came to parking our rental car, lots of parking available. Will definitely be returning for our next stay. The one downside was the wait times for the elevators, some were out of order making the wait times longer. I forgot my key one day and it wouldn’t allow me to return to my floor without one so had another guest scan their card for me. We also had no AC from 7am - 3pm one day but we didn’t even notice because we spent the whole day out and about so wasn’t an issue. Didn’t try out the pool, splash bar or any of the activities so can’t comment on that but the hotel has everything one would need if you just wanted to lounge around the pool all day! Excellent place for açai bowls, dole whips and waffles right outside the gates too! I would recommend to friends and family

The location was beautiful and quiet. We stayed at 3 different hotels while visiting Hawaii and the beds at this hotel were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Might I suggest some hooks to hang towels and items in the room?

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
