Exceptional service — by far our favourite hotel in the UAE! Our stay at Address Dubai Mall was absolutely exceptional. We had a spacious, spotless Burj View room with all meals included, and the location was unbeatable with such easy access to Dubai Mall. What truly made this hotel stand out was the one-of-a-kind service. Maria and Angel at the front desk were incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely special. A huge thank you to Dhina from housekeeping, who was phenomenal with our 1.5-year-old son. Every day she surprised him with balloons, teddy bears, gifts, and adorable towel animals. These thoughtful touches meant so much to our family. The hotel also welcomed us with a beautiful fruit basket, cake, and treats for our anniversary — such a wonderful surprise! The kids' play area was fantastic, and the rooftop and infinity pool were absolutely stunning. The pool in particular is incredible and feels very underrated. We also stayed at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and Raffles The Palm during our UAE trip, and Address Dubai Mall was by far our favourite. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful rooms, incredible location, and family-friendly amenities made this stay truly memorable. We travel frequently, and this is one of those hotels that genuinely leaves a lasting impression. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Address Dubai Mall!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The experience was everything I hoped it would be. My room was clean, modern, spacious, and offered beautiful views of the water that made waking up every morning a highlight of the trip. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping did a great job, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options to choose from each day. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The airport shuttle made getting to and from the hotel convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing from check-in to check-out. One area that could make the guest experience even better is the entertainment and activities. I understand that regional events and the ongoing conflict in the area may have affected operations, which is completely understandable. Even so, offering more on-site activities, live entertainment, cultural experiences, or organized guest events would add even more value for travelers who choose to spend time at the hotel. Overall, this was a memorable stay. Between the hospitality, the comfortable accommodations, the stunning beachfront views, and the peaceful atmosphere, I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
