Everything was excellent from start to finish! Spa was amazing best massage! Bar were awesome especially their staff Alden. Khan and Michela! We had the best time!

Absolutely great hotel, good location, very clean and comfortable and spacious rooms.
Reception staff were great every interaction was first class. Sadly breakfast staff really not good, no warm welcome, food not restocked possibly not their fault as there were only ever 2 on service but a smile would go a long way!

The breakfast was pretty good. It would be even better if they had fruits and some healthier food. But I am aware that this is too much to expect from a hotel at this price range. They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list.
