Great location. Helpful, friendly staff- especially Finn, a standout, especially with our kids. Proximity to public transport was a big bonus. Discounted easy access to Hagenbeck Zoo and the Tropen Aquarium was a bonus!

We stayed for three nights and had a very spacious room with a huge king-sized bed. The staff were really helpful printing out tickets and booking a taxi for us. Good breakfasts.
We loved the swap a room clean for a free drink concept!
Location was great for walking around the city - about 15 minutes for most places of interest.

Very good location, top class staff, nothing was too much trouble. Room with a balcony overlooking the lake was wonderful.

This is a great hotel with excellent customer service. We had a great 1 bedroom suite with a small kitchenette. Although the Hotel was right along the train station the soundproofing in the rooms was amazing. Free use of laundry machines was available in the basement.
We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area in the future.

"The owners are simply extraordinary hosts. Everyone is gotten known and personally attended to. In our case, my father and I came to Fohr to do some genealogical research on our family and they introduced us families with our name who we ended up befriending."
