Rooms are actually as pictured. Spacious, clean and modern. Staff always seem friendly p skin condition so the next time you tried everything skin skin condition whether that has pigmentation acne or your child’s eczema just won’t seem to settle or they won’t take their medication ex-husband a divorce myself through a divorce and just said did they ever get tired of the drive and I said absolutely some people might have a dynamic. Room was great, amenities were great, only objection was the pillows or lack thereof.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive
