The absolute nicest most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at! Can not wait to come back!!!!

Such a magical, beautiful and comfortable stay! The food was delicious.All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

We have stayed at this property before in 2022 and it was wonderful. This time, it definitely felt different, possibly bought by another company? While it was still okay, the staff weren't nearly as helpful and friendly and we felt that the room description and how the room was represented was a bit misleading. Our room ended up being right a long a very busy road and up a steep incline from the original building and there was nothing indicating that at all. If someone booked this room and had any kind of issues with their health, getting up and down the steep driveway incline would have been rough. Also the cost of the chairs and umbrella's on the beach was absolutely ridiculous for this property this time. The posted price was 100 Euros for two chairs and an umbrella, compared to next door it was 40 euros. The worst part was we came in on a 9:05 PM flight, so we got into the hotel later in the evening. We checked in and the front desk made an error and didn't charge the rooms and realized in the middle of the night they hadn't checked us in properly. We got a call at 2 AM that we had to come down in the middle of the night and correct this issue with no apology or anything. That was NOT a great way to spend the first night after a long day of traveling. the location and our past experience here was what drove us to stay here this time, but it wasn't a great experience. The room was clean, and it was okay, but not wonderful. Very basic room.

Staff was awesome and accommodating, quiet cute, cozy and very clean suites.
