We checked out and then received a call hours later askingvus when we were going to leave and if we needed more time. I reminded them we already checked out. Someone had entered our room and was using it when we left! So be aware of that. Everything else was great. (1,234 reviews) The hotel is nice and convenient to universal studios. The rooms are clean but having to call housekeeping everyday to get your trash picked up or fresh towels was a hassle. One time no one answered and we had to walk down to the front desk to get someone. With kids this was a pain and the elevators were always out of commission everyday. Our last day we only had one working one that was delayed with everyone needing it. I had to call for the AC not waorking a coupel of times. The wifi was not working at all. And one morning when we were going to sleep in a bit, housekeeping came knocking and opened the door while were we sleeping. Mind you the "do not disturb " was on the door. I texted the facilty and never heard anything back. We were definitely disappointed beause we had such a great experience last year. I will not be staying there again. (1,479 reviews) We booked a three bedroom villa for myself and three of my adult children for 8 nights. I have stayed at Reunion 3 times in the past with the last time being 2016\. The initial villa assigned to us was very "tired". The arm chair in the living room had a broken leg and was not usable. The dining chair pads felt like kids had been jumping on them and had no structure.Very uncomfortable. The carpets were soiled and we felt we needed footwear to walk on them to feel comfortable.With us being Canadian,wearing outside shoes inside was foreign to us. I did speak with the reception who informed us at the time that they had no other units available but did apologize. A couple of hours later I received a call from the manager offering us a new three bedroom unit. This unit was much nicer and very comfortable.It seems it is a hit or miss situation when booking with Reunion.That was not my experience at all in th eprevious three times we had stayed with them.
