I came down to Jacksonville for 1 night, to watch my son play indoor football. I arrived before 8 am to Jacksonville my family and I tried to go to get breakfast on Mother’s Day and it took us over 3 hours before we sat down to eat. We drove to the hotel and asked for an early check in. The hotel had a large group of kids so it was a bad clean up they had to do. The front desk and housekeeping staff were wonder! We waited less than 1/2 hour and they let us check in early. Kudos to the entire team. Customer service was impeccable and my room was very clean. I do not remember the woman’s name (she used to live in Texas) deserves an award! Because I will choose this hotel going forward each time I visit Jacksonville. Thank you for a great stay!!

The room had a great view, easy access to many activities and lived the many pools. Only issue was getting fresh towels.

The only complaint I have is that the bar and restaurant area is way too small and there is nothing else close as an alternative.
