We felt that they skimped on anything they could to save money. Old dried out buns, watery runny cheese, no diet coke, certain items missing that other Drury's had on Menu like coleslaw, boiled eggs, Diet Coke. They said they had no way for us to phone desk with problems, but I did twice for Toilet Paper and tissues. Second call they disconnected my phone. Luckily, we had wet wipes. Could not call down for the 16.00 Cheeseburgers, went down for them and they were dry. No Onion or Mustard. Pool water chilly. No help with carts. All in all, a bad stay.

Very nice hotel and property was maintained well. Employees seemed a little irritated to be there but were nice. Waiting to get my refund back for incident deposit…
