The hotel is fine and the staff are pleasant. For free bus rides, you need to walk two blocks to the 16th street. It provides a credit of $10 towards the breakfast expenses.

We booked a suite with balcony and were denied that at 1am during our check in. The front desk staff at that time seemed disinterested in sorting it out. Upon entry in the room, noticed no bar or hand soap available and no conditioner only shampoo. Room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows not so much.
This resort does not go above and beyond in any fashion other than to allow us an hour at the pool post check out as we had time before our rental car was ready.
Not a bad stay but likely wouldn't come again when I did not even get the room I paid for !
