Lake Zurich Pet-friendly Vacations

Really good stay. The reception desk upgraded us to a suite. I sat down in the foyer and accidentally left my sunglasses on the table. The staff had handed them in to reception for me. So relieved! Thank you! Clean room and friendly staff. One area for improvement is the breakfast. The scrambled egg at the breakfast station was not refilled (I assumed it was because it was 1 hour before closing) and then I saw a fresh plate of scrambled and omelette being delivered to the next table. Had I known it was an option I would have ordered this but it was too late

The room is clean most of the staff are very nice breakfast is great the only things is the air conditioning is not so good but very nice place good location

The hotel overall was very nice overlooking the lake but the room was small for the price. The room was extremely hot and stuffy and even though the room was for 4 people, only one fan that was barely working was provided. I would not recommend staying here in the hot weather. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.
