I will stay there again, it's where the action is!

Our room was on 11th floor where construction was being done. It was an unsafe work site w tools laying everywhere. Our tv did not work despite replacing the remote batteries with front desk. We mentioned the construction mess on our floor and front desk claimed it was safe. OSHA would think otherwise. They should not give rooms on a construction floor. Breakfast buffet is so spread out with noons picking up used plates. Good location but no ventilation in room. Difficult to open windows if raining. Maybe it will be better once construction is complete.

The room was very small .

It was lovely to have a soaking pool and restaurant onsite. It was also very convenient to have free airport drop-off, as we had returned our car the night before. It was not cheap, but very little is in Iceland and the accommodations were worth it. I would definitely stay there again.

I visited 71 Nyhavn Hotel for my first visit to Denmark and found the property ideal in every way. It is ideally situated, the service is excellent, the staff warm, inviting, helpful, and thoughtful, the breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful, and a perfect choice for a vacation. The one downside is that the sound bleeds between floors and rooms, so if the neighbor above walks with heavy feet, it is a nuisance - day or night - though the hotel staff assured me, when I brought the noise to their attention, they would politely inform the guests to walk more gently particularly late at night. This was my only less-than-stellar experience and the noise created by the upstairs neighbor, certainly, was not the fault of the property. I'd stay there again without hesitation!
