Breakfast was great and live free coffee. Hot tub had one working jet and water dispenser in workout room not working

Seemed like we were put in a unit that doesn’t get much use, just overall looked run down with paint chipped on everything from the walls to the table and chairs; The shower head leaked and sprayed all over the bathroom door; There were marks from the bed all over the floor and some on the lamp. Tight space overall and limited bathroom space for women to do hair or make up. Overall, for the price of over $500 for one night, the room didn’t feel like it was up to par. Also very thin walls and you could hear the people next to you or outside crystal clear. The amenities such as free bikes, kayaks/paddleboards, beach chairs, and being on the beach really was a great plus. However, I’ve stayed at nicer places on the beach for less in the cape. Beach itself had a lot of shells and rocks, seaweed and dead horseshoe crabs had to be stepped over before getting in the water which was a little murky.
