Terrible service , especially by restaurant manager Dzhuzeppe. He tried to overcharge us for dinner and guests did not like him because of his hospitality style. Not friendly, no coffee maker in the room, terrible breakfast, same menu daily. Terrible plastic cups, the cheapest possible plastic.

Very nice. I will definitely go back and recommend. Best 5 star hotel on our italy trip. My family loved it. They had a 5 percent "discretionary" tip added to my bill which came as a surprise. I like to tip myself, which i did while i was there. I asked them ti remove it and they did. Ive stsyed at olenty of places thst have a service fee, which i don't have a problem with as long as its clearly stated before i check in. That 5 percent left a bad taste being the very last thing you experience at this beautful property.
